Ability Guidelines
In the following table, the “average” range shows the most common values for most of the player-character’s super-powers. The numbers in the “low” and “high” ranges are still quite common, and will certainly be found throughout the game. If a character’s ability is normal, average, or unenhanced, the value should be somewhere in the “low” range.
If a character’s ability is “enhanced,” “modified,” or “super” in some way, the value should certainly be in the “medium” range. Signature, extraordinary, or powerful abilites should be in the “high” range.
